About
A curated job board, not a database.
The CPG and food and beverage industry already has plenty of job boards. This is not another one of those. This is a curated list of roles, read by people who know the industry.
Why this exists.
For twenty years we have worked inside CPG and food and beverage, from emerging founder-led brands through public mid-market businesses. Every week we hear the same thing from operators we trust: there is no good place to browse the roles in this industry without scrolling through ten thousand that are not relevant.
The big boards list 12,000 jobs across every category and level. That is useful if you want to see everything. It is useless if you want a short list of real roles at companies you respect.
So we built this. A curated list of CPG and food and beverage roles. Real companies. Fast to scan. Function-colored tags so you can pick out the marketing roles from the operations roles at a glance.
How HAP fits in.
CPG Careers is a standalone job board. You do not need to know anything about High Altitude Partners (HAP) to use it. You do not need to apply through HAP. We do not show your application to HAP. The board is editorially independent.
That said: HAP is the team behind this. HAP runs retained executive search for the same industry the board covers. When an employer needs more than a listing (a confidential search, a hard-to-find profile, a board seat), HAP is who we send them to. We do that openly so you know.
If you want a retained search, you can go straight to HAP. If you just want to browse roles, you are in the right place.
How posting works.
Every listing is paid. Standard at $145 or Featured at $235 per role, with 5-Packs at $599 and $999 for employers posting more than one role at a time. Submit, confirm the recipient email, and your listing goes live within minutes.
Featured listings get top placement on the homepage, inclusion in the weekly Friday digest, and a social mention from the HAP network.
If a role falls outside what we cover (outside CPG or food and beverage, contracted out to a third-party recruiter on contingency, or thin to the point we cannot tell what the job is), we archive it and refund the purchase. Listings are non-refundable once they have been on the board for more than a few days.
A note from Andy.
The board exists because the people I respect most in this industry kept asking me where to look when they were ready to move. The honest answer used to be “mostly LinkedIn, and ask around.”
That is a fine answer if you have a strong network. It is a terrible answer if you are quietly looking and do not want your boss to know. So we built a place where you can scan real roles in this industry without having to ask anyone.
If you have a role to list, an opinion on a listing, or a recommendation for something we should be carrying, email me. I read every message.
