How is this different from careersinfood and the big job boards?
Careersinfood lists everything. We list very little, on purpose. They have 12,000 active jobs across every level and function. We carry a curated short list of CPG and food and beverage roles worth scanning, in a faster, cleaner interface.
Use them for breadth. Use us when you want a quick read.
How does curation work?
We accept CPG and food and beverage roles from real companies with a complete job description. No contingency recruiters. Roles that fall outside that get archived and refunded.
What happens after I post a job?
You pay through Stripe and your listing is created in a holding state. We send a one-click verification email to the address that will receive applications. Click the link, the listing goes live immediately. No review queue. No waiting.
What is HAP and why is it mentioned everywhere?
HAP is High Altitude Partners, a retained executive search firm focused on CPG and food and beverage. The same people who run HAP built this board.
The board is editorially independent. You do not need to know HAP to use it. You do not apply through HAP. HAP does not see candidate applications.
We mention HAP in four specific places: the footer, the about page, the bottom of each job page (for employers who want a retained search instead of a listing), and as a small badge on featured listings. That is the entire integration.
How long do listings stay live?
Sixty days from the date the listing goes live. Featured listings also stay for sixty days, with the featured slot for the full period.
We email employers a week before the listing expires. Renewing is the same flow as posting.
What is the refund policy?
If we archive your listing because it falls outside what we cover (outside CPG or food and beverage, contingency recruiter, thin description), we refund in full.
Otherwise, listings are non-refundable once they have been on the board for more than a few days. If something breaks on our end (a listing does not appear, the page errors, the wrong information was published), email us and we will fix it or refund.
If a role is filled before the sixty days end, we will gladly mark it as filled but we do not refund the unused time.
Can I take a listing down?
Yes. Email andy@highaltitudepartners.com and we will remove it within one business day. No questions asked.
Do you have a candidate newsletter?
Yes. One short email on Friday. The most interesting CPG and food and beverage jobs posted that week, with editorial context. Sign up at /alerts or in the footer.
