How do I know it will work for our roles?
Email or book a 15-minute call before you sign up. Andy will tell you honestly whether the audience fits the role you are trying to hire. There are no contracts and the monthly plans cancel any time, so if it is not working after a month, you are not stuck.
Can I cancel the monthly plans?
Any time. No contracts, no minimum term. Cancel from your account, your access ends at the end of the billing cycle. We are not built to trap you.
How do you handle the applications?
Candidates apply through whatever channel you specify on the listing (your ATS URL or a recruiter email). We never insert ourselves into the application flow. Once a week we send you a digest of who applied so you can pull them into your pipeline.
Do you push specific candidates to specific listings?
No. We are not a search firm running on the board. The candidates come through our newsletter and the public job board. If you want a search practice for a high-stakes role, High Altitude Partners is the sister business, but that is a separate engagement.
