Happy Friday. It's a mixed bag on the board this week, with a few standout roles at growing brands and a strong batch of openings at Conagra for anyone leaning toward big-company work.

Here's what caught my eye.
Sales Coordinator at The Jackfruit Company. Boulder, CO. A good entry point into plant-based CPG sales at a brand that helped build the jackfruit category in the US.
Director, eRetail & Retail Media Networks at OLIPOP. Remote, US. $160-175K. OLIPOP is one of the fastest-growing beverage brands in the country, and this role owns the digital shelf and retail media strategy across Amazon, Instacart, and the major RMNs. If you know the space, this is a real one.
Associate R&D Technologist at Kettle & Fire. Lancaster, PA. $56-60K. Bench-level product development work at a bone broth brand with strong retail distribution. Good spot for someone early in their R&D career who wants to touch formulation directly.
R&D Technologist at Kettle & Fire. Lancaster, PA. $65-85K. The more senior counterpart to the role above. If you have a few years of food science under you and want ownership over projects rather than support work, this is worth a look.
Conagra also posted a strong slate this week out of their Chicago and Indianapolis offices. Worth a look if you're interested in scale: Manager Continuous Improvement, Predictive Maintenance, Behavioral Science Manager, Senior Data Engineer, and Storeroom Buyer-Bakery in Indianapolis. The behavioral science role in particular is a rare one for a company this size.
