Most of our team is in Boulder Tuesday through Thursday, with Mondays and Fridays flexible. Operations and R&D roles are more hands-on and site-based by nature. We care about output and ownership, not hours logged.

Common questions
Where are Coppervale products made?+
Everything is produced at our own facility in Longmont, Colorado, about 20 minutes from our Boulder test kitchen.
Do you offer remote roles?+
Marketing, brand, and some G&A roles are hybrid or remote-friendly. Operations and R&D roles are site-based by nature — you can't taste a pilot batch over Zoom.
What's your interview process like?+
A recruiter intro, a hiring-manager conversation, a short skills exercise tied to the actual role, and a team tasting. Usually wrapped in two to three weeks.
Are you hiring outside Colorado?+
Yes — our distribution team is in Columbus, OH, and several roles are fully remote.
